Beary Bears

One bear, two bears, three bears, four! Weeee~ How many can you make?! I’ve been pretty busy with guests around the house, so I haven’t been able to update as much as I have wanted. It’s alright. It keeps me sane. Doing things like this that reminds me that I’m not a robot and that I am still an individual in this big, big, world! I find myself getting too bored if I do the same thing too much. As I was making these bears, I made them both into two different sizes. The smaller size is the brown bear, where as the slightly bigger one is the panda. It took a couple of days for me to finish these, as I was having trouble trying to keep track of where the rounds were decreased, and increased. I forgot to write them down as I was making it. I think both of them are cute either or!

Life has been busy. I’ve been trying to find more and more things to create, but it’s just taking a while! So I decided, I will post a new pattern every Friday. To keep myself from being too bored, or over whelmed with having to make a new pattern every week, I will keep busy with other arts and crafts. I’ve been trying to finish blogging about my past vacation to Japan as well. There’s just so much to write about, and so many photos. We did so much within the 2-3 weeks that we were there. We also visited so many places! So bare with me as I slowly journal my time there. I hope you won’t be too annoyed with my posting them as much as I could.

I’ve been tying to manage my time as best as I can. By the time I finish work I’m busy cooking, and then have little time to slowly create new projects as the week draws by. It’s not long until I get tired from being at work all day and then getting ready to go sleep already. Over the weekend, those times are better for me. I am planning to making some more cute patterns, so if you follow me, I will keep you updated!

There may be mistakes on the pattern, and if you find any, please let me know by commenting below so I can correct it. I usually write the pattern down as I make them, however, I may have forgot some terms or rows along the way.

Share a photo of your finished product with me, I would love to see!

I kind of wished I was more careful about the two color switches, my next one, I shall make sure it’s more flawless!

Assembling

Before attaching the nose onto the head, take a dark colored embroidery thread, into the shape of a T. Then attach the nose onto the head, make sure to only lightly stuff the nose. The placement of the nose should be right between the eyes, more towards the bottom.

The Ears are assembled more to the sides towards the back of the head. The felt around the eyes I assumed them as I attached the eyes into the head. I also glued the felt down a little before closing the gap and putting the safety backs into the eyes.

The blushing cheeks were glued on under the eyes, or right next to the eyes. Feel free to sew the felt pieces in place.

As you assemble the head and body together make sure to attach the arms right under the neckline.

I glued the paw pieces onto the feet before I sewed the feet onto the body.

Put the tail into the back and you’re done!

Decorate with accessories as much as you want! Extra cuteness!

Much love, xo.
